I enjoy the variety in your newsletters each time. I can't even meditate without falling asleep so I'm not sure how hypnosis would work for me but I think whatever we find that works best we need to stick with it. And I'm looking forward to your podcast.

LOL! Meditation is definitely a lot of training the brain to be still. My therapist wants me to get into meditation because my mind is always going.
That's my problem too. I found napping works to slow mine down a little. Or at least I wake up refreshed.
