This is such a good point and why I'm so thankful for this forum. I interviewed my friend and entrepreneur Kenji for my podcast and his first time meditating he was only able to do so for 3 minutes. He's been doing it every day for three years now and he can go for 3 hours. It's a muscle he had to work and he had to train his brain to be able to relax. For someone that is new to guided meditation, listening to affirmations, hypnosis -- 35 minutes is a long time versus say starting with 5-10 minutes so thank you for pointing that out.
And as a single woman, y'all really let me go most of my adult life without telling me about the step ladder? LOL!!! I am now a professional counter climber.
